It is leukoplakia: By definition, any white patch is that.If you see it where you place the snuff, then the snuff is causing an irritation of the tissues. In time they will disintegrate along with the bone underneath.High risk for oral cancer which can be fatal, and most often is disfiguring because so much of the mouth/face needs to be cut out to remove all the cancer. Might want to rethink the snuff use. Good Luck

Leukoplakia see DDS: is a greyish/ white patch that develops in the mouth and that cannot be wiped off. It is caused by chronic irritation, not contagious and should be checked by your dentist. Smoking or tobacco use is the most common cause.
