May be timing: Make sure you are taking your pantoprazole correctly. This brand of proton pump inhibitor needs to be taken about 1/2 - 1 hour before a meal. This makes it most effective.

I started on Pantoprazole,2 a day,2 months, then 1 a day. I still get pain and I've been on tablets almost 2 weeks now. Should it be working by now?
