Took pantoprazole for 2weeks ending of 2weeks still had burning throat at night. got switched to zantac (ranitidine) & not working well. best medication treatment?

See your doctor.: if your symptoms returned after two weeks of pantoprazole, you may need it longer-term. I do not recommend taking it long term unless it has been prescribed by a physician, however. I would return to see your gastroenterologist to discuss it further. In the meantime, follow anti-reflux precautions well. Good luck.
