Pantoprazole isn't working all the way and i have an issue with sputum coming up in throat especially when eating. dry itchy places in back if throat ear itch. so much spiral i spit up cups at times?

Imaging: Have a chest image and an evaluation. For the itching, an over the counter antihistamine may be helpful, but an evaluation is indicated. HT has virtual consultations available. I would recommend a sputum culture and TB test. Avoid spicy foods and eat slowly. If you have trouble swallowing , please see GI.
