Broken bones: Hurt, how long ago was in injured? Was there surgery involved? How bad was the break? How did it occur? What other damage was there? What have you tried to relieve the pain? What does the pain feel like?

Normal: Fibula fractures are painful initially. With the correct treatment and following all doctors instructions the pain should resolve daily.
