Not necesarily: Napping at the wrong time of day or for too long may not be beneficial. Otherwise naps provide improved moods, alertness, performance, relaxation and reduced fatigue. Watch out for nighttime sleep problems and issues with grogginess after awakening from the nap (sleep inertia).

Depends: If your daytime naps are making it harder to sleep at night, it can be a problem. Many cultures have naps when it is hot (Siesta) and do well.

Not bad: If a nap is not interfering with your work or other routine, there is no harm in it. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
