Obviously, something is not going right for you. Those symptoms can be from many different things. Heart disease with unusual rhythms, thyroid disease, anxiety/depression, medications, and many other causes are possible. I recommend seeing someone who can do a thorough history and physical exam to see what might be happening and to direct any labs or testing. Good luck!

First please have a complete physical exam by Doctor to know if you have an illness. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for a diagnostic evaluation and for help. This will help you to know if you need medication from a Psychiatrist.

A good place to start is to make sure there are no subclinical medical problems underlying the symptoms. So a good History, Physical, and appropriate investigative studies with the PCP should be arranged soonest
