If possible, best to stop the combination for at least 2 weeks and see how one feels. Known allergies should be avoided and masking for environmental allergies can help reduce inhaled allergens as well. Improving Immune systems with Vitamins, good Nutrition and moderate exercising can also help.

An allergy plan includes identification of allergens by testing, avoidance and control of exposures, such as dust mites. A virtual consult with HT is available. Another over the counter antihistamine may reduce drowsiness. Taking Montelukast at night is recommended. Please see your physician. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and trouble swallowing.
