Eustachian tube: Sounds like the tube between your inner ear and your throat is blocked, and you may have fluid built up behind the ear drum. If you have a fever, chills and symptoms of infection, please go see your doctor. In the meantime if you are able to take decongestants like tylenol (acetaminophen) sinus, please do, unless you have high blood pressure or heart disease. See your doctor.
