Low Impact exercise: After prolong rest always go slow. You must have had Physical Therapy. Do Stretching exercise before running. Start with short distance running only. If that brings out the pain, do Stationary bike and strengthen the muscles. Take NSAID like Ibuprofen before Exercise. If pain persists get examined for Ligamentous tear
