Uti: urine culture results would be important to know. Multiple antibiotics maybe useless if bacteria shows resistance. Blood in urine maybe a problem, but not indicative of cancer, further work-up required to exclude bladder polyps or diverticula, kidney cysts, stones, etc.. Consider visit to urologist or urogynecologist.
