Maybe: 1 ear or both? Change in hearing or no? Headache? Stuffy, runny nose? Could be sinuses, allergies, meniere's disease (esp if 1 ear ringing, change in hearing), tumor of inner ear (acoustic neuroma, cholesteatoma), doubtful vascular problems, tumors , etc. Having said that, check it out with md.

Ringing: Ringing in ears is typically an indicator of hearing loss. It can also be a sign of infection if there is fluid buildup behind the tympanic membrane on one side. Accompanied with dizziness and nausea, vestibular neuronitis is more likely and seasonal allergies. See your pmd or ENT for evaluation and treatment. You will need a hearing test to make sure your do not have hearing loss.
