Otolaryngologist: Consult an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice. Your symptoms and course are characteristic of Meniere's syndrome or disease, which is caused by a buildup of a type of fluid(hydrops) in the inner ear. An Otolaryngologist or neurootolaryngologist are best qualified to handle such cases. Appropriate testing, treatment, and follow-up will be done.
