Probably not: This can all be caused by a problem in the inner ear, most likely vertigo. Vertigo may be caused by a viral infection of the inner ear, or just a benign occurrence. Since avms are chronic anatomical anomalies it is not likely that it would cause symptoms to start suddenly or be localized to one spot (the inner ear). However, it is not impossible. See your doctor if it does not get better.
