How about an exam?: You could have a variety of things at work giving you these symptoms.....one may be something as simple as tonsillar enlargement due to infection (either acute or chronic). Another possibility is an under functioning thyroid gland. Nothing can be told to you for sure unless someone can physically look into your throat and feel your neck and glands. All the best.
