Please see your: doctor. Without being seen, you cannot be diagnosed properly. The lumps sound like swollen lymph nodes, but could be abscesses (bacterial infection). Your headaches, dizziness and fatigue could be from any number of causes. I'm sure your doctor can help to figure this out with you and get you feeling better.

Sore throat: Sounds like you have possibly a viral infection or strep throat. Drink plenty of fluids such as Gatorade , and if not any better after 3-4 days get checked by a healthcare worker.
