Viral syndrome: Most common explanation for your symptoms is a viral syndrome. Assuming that you're otherwise healthy, most important thing is to stay hydrated, even if no appetite. Dehydration is frequent reason for admission to hospital so drink enough water to keep urine clear & pale. Antibiotics aren't recommended. See your Family Doc if no better in a week or if difficulty swallowing or breathing.
