My doctor just prescribed norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) for my lower back pain, which occurred when i slipped and fell..i have never taken it before..what effects, etc??

Analgesic: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is brand name for hydrocodone plus acetamenophen. It is moderate potency, addicting, constipating, and mind altering. Driving is risky. Does not change pain source -- just brain perception.
