Smoker?: Do you smoke? If your your pain occurs with exertion and you smoke, you need a stress test. If no to both, the pain is almost surely not your heart. If the pain goes down your arm, nerve impingement in the neck (disc herniation for instance) is a likely bet. Also muscular strain and fibromyalgia can cause this.
