No: You cannot just use any antibiotic for any fever. It depends on what type of infection is causing it and if it is due to bacteria. Antibiotics work against bacteria only, not viruses or the many other causes of fever. See a well-educated, qualified doctor to obtain a diagnosis first. Taking azithromycin when it is not indicated can result in side effects, some serious.
