Sure: To gain weight, eat more calories. To lose weight eat less calories. All food has calories, some more than others. Yogurt and rice have more calories than celery and tomatoes per serving, but less calories than a serving of red meat or fried vegetables. Why do you want to gain weight? If you are not lifting weights intensively you add fat, not muscle, which no one needs!
