Can unstable angina display symptoms not involving pain, as in light-headedness, weakness, and slight nausea?

Atypical symptoms: It is possible but not common for this type of atypical symptoms to herald unstable angina. Usually shortness of breath or chest pressure are part of the symptoms. Also if you have had these before, it is more meaningful, than atypical symptoms out of the blue.
