See your doctor: You need to make sure this is not angina at rest. You may also be having symptoms of a minor stroke, known as a TIA (transient ischemic attack). Since you are already having cardiac problems the same process of atherosclerosis puts you at risk for strokes.

Cardiac evaluation: Though patients with mvp are known to sometimes have atypical chest pains, you need to rule out a coronary cause given your age and type of symptom. You should see a cardiologist for a complete workup.
