It's possible, Ashle: But given your age it is unlikely a "heartattack" or "angina". Your symptoms should be evaluated by an in office visit. Certain abnormal heart rhythms are possible or even non-heart related conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and even anxiety and stress may trigger such symptoms. Go get checked.
