Pharyngitis: You likely have viral or bacterial pharyngitis. You may need a throat swab. The throat is easily visualized directly or indirectly bu simple mirror exam. You don't need :endoscopy". You will wake up if your airway is obstructed, unless you are profoundly intoxicated.
