Lymph node: Worrisome may be simply a reactive lymph node but greatest concern would be reoccurrence of lymphoma. In medicine always wise to prepare for the worse and hope for the best.

Many things: Obviously recurrent lymphoma is a definite possibility, but teenagers frequently have neck lymph nodes for benign reasons (such as upper respiratory infections, strep throat, mononucleosis). Best to wait until you have seen the oncologist - he/she may have a better idea, or order more tests or a biopsy, if needed.
