Many possibilities : This sounds like a musculoskeletal problem, but with the multitude of symptoms, you really need to see a good head and neck physician for full evaluation and treatment.

Get evaluated: Neck stiffness associated with infection must always be evaluated immediately. Meningitis from bacterial, viral and fungal causes can occur.
