Not typically: The pineal gland is located in the center of the brain near eye nerve pathways and the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) system. Symptoms include double vision, headache, nausea, & vomiting. I suspect seizures could happen but are not common. Pineal tumors are also rare .. only 1% of all primary brain tumors. Other causes of seizures should be investigated.
