KEEP WORKING ON IT: Anxiety and panic can be experienced very physically and one can feel like your life is going to end. Lexapro (escitalopram) can be beneficial. There are also therapies and techniques to help as well. I would suggest that you speak with your doctor and consider therapy as well.
