Thoughts take charge: when we lay down for sleep we are not active enough to stop or distract yourself from Intrusive thoughts. This is when the obsessive thoughts can be bothersome to you. It is caused by an active mind and laying still to try to sleep. Helping yourself with relaxation music, reading, or other relaxing unwinding activity will help. All the best
