See a psychiatrist: Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a serious but treatable condition. If you are doing everything that you say above in one workout, that is too much and at some point more exercise is counterproductive, especially with your health problems. See your primary care physician about the safety of your workout routine. You would benefit from diagnosis and treatment, SSRI medications and CBT often help.
