IF you have OCD: You need the help of a mental health professional to manage this. Please see one for proper diagnosis and treatment. There are strategies you can learn to help. If someone offers medication that is fine but please let a therapist hep also. We all have a touch of this but when it interferes w/function or comfort it needs treatment. Ocd help: Tell your parents what's troubling you, that you can't stop these thoughts and need help. Or talk to school psychologist or social worker, if easier. They can help you let your parents know you need to see your doctor and/or mental health professional for an evaluation and guidance. See: https://secure02.kidshealth.org/teen/your_mind/problems/ocd_spelling.html I hope this helps.
