Why would a dr. call a ~1cm kidney cyst a "simple cyst" even though it has septations? what i've read says septations mean complex?

Kidney Cyst: It is best to ask your doctor to contact the radiologist who read the study to explain his reading. He may even speak directly to you so that you may understand why it is a simple cyst.
