Rare to return: Mohs paste is an arsenical used to treat large relatively low grade skin cancers such as basal Ca. After the paste is applied and the area of involvement resected, biopsies of peripheral margins taken to see if procedure complete. Frequently reapplication occurs until clean. If later recurrence develops procedure can be repeated or Electron beam RT can be used.
