Side effect: Headaches are common side effects. Talk to your provider and ask about relief suggestions. Depending on the misery of side effects, many decide not to take SSRI (or other) medications. If you decide this, don't stop w/out your doctor. Let them guide you off to avoid worse problems. Ask before taking drugs about potential problems to be prepared.

Kinds of headaches: A long-lasting headache on both sides could be a tension headache. This is the most common kind. A headache like this may also be a side effect of an SSRI medicine, although it is not the most common side effect. Recommend you take this up with the provider who prescribed this for you.
