Could a sinus infection make your head feel heavy/headache and the left side of it hurt kind of on the tempal along with a red but not hurting throat and can it make you have brain fog for about 10 days? conjested nose and ear popping??

Maybe but would ask if you have been tested for COVID 19. This could have a number of causes. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher with at least 2 of these sx’s: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.
