I've been getting headaches for over a week and it hurts on the sides of my head. i take ibu everyday 800mil. should i be worried about my headaches?

Concern: Any headache that last over 48 hours and specially when you do NT have a good reazon for the headache(sinus infection-headcolds)shuldbe investigated to r/o any serious problems such as highblood pressure, cervical spine pathogy etc.
