You can get it by itself, but it's even better if you get Claritin-D or Zyrtec-D (the "D" indicates pseudoephedrine is one of the ingredients) because, this time of year, allergies are very common, would account for your recurrent symptoms, and get better with the 2 drugs I listed - you may need to take it twice a day until spring is over. Ask 4 it at your pharmacy.
