I have uterus didelphys, am supposed to be 7wks. went to er got u/s, they saw a gestational sac& yolk sac, no fetal pole. could dates be off?

Yes: All pregnancy dating scans are estimates. Even though a single date is given, the actual date could also be before the estimated date or after the estimated date. In this question's situation, one should follow-up with the Ob-Gyn doctor to discuss what the emergency was, that caused one to go to the Emergency Room where the ultrasound was done (something serious or emergent must have happened).

What does it mean?Result of pelvic us today A bulky and gravid anteverted uterus is seen with uniform endometrial echotexture. A single, double wall, gestational sac is noted within the uterine cavity with no fetal pole nor yolk sac seen at 10 weeks.
