May be early: You may have an early intrauterine pregnancy. Your Doctor may want to repeat the sonogram in 1 week to evaluate for fetal viability.

What does it mean?Result of pelvic us today A bulky and gravid anteverted uterus is seen with uniform endometrial echotexture. A single, double wall, gestational sac is noted within the uterine cavity with no fetal pole nor yolk sac seen at 10 weeks.
I have uterus didelphys, am supposed to be 7wks. Went to ER got u/s, they saw a gestational sac& yolk sac, no fetal pole. Could dates be off?
