What does it mean?result of pelvic us today a bulky and gravid anteverted uterus is seen with uniform endometrial echotexture. a single, double wall, gestational sac is noted within the uterine cavity with no fetal pole nor yolk sac seen at 10 weeks.

I recently had an endometrial ablation. At the time of the ablation I was on OCP. My surgical note says anteverted and anteflexed 8-week sized uterus, atrophic cavity, normal tubal ostia bilaterally. Is this normal?
