Blighted ovum: A gestational sac without a fetal with a gestational age of almost 7 weeks is most likely a blighted ovum (non development of the fetus). Most likely with result is a miscarriage. If not you may need a D&C. Follow up with your gynecologist in 1-2 weeks.
