Hi, for acn i was told to have a treatment with a vitamin, is it bad for the liver?

Rarely any probelm: Vitamin A and its related Retinoids are commonly used for treatment of severe acne. These drugs are fairly safe other than their bad effects on the pregnancy so you have to be on Oral contraceptives or practice adequate birth control. Liver is rarely affected significantly.
