C,folate, b complex: These may help repigmentation but are not required. Response is variable and the vitamins rarely work as solo treatment. Topical medications, narrow band uvb, excimer laser can be combined with or without vitamins to repigmentation localized vitiligo.

Actually, for true vitiligo, very little is effective. This is in essence an autoimmune condition affecting the cells producing pigment, and these patients are also prone to developing a variety of other autoimmune conditions.

All of them: Vitiligo has several possible causes; and since virtually every disease is affected by vitamin/mineral deficiencies then it holds that vitiligo from any cause would do better when you have sufficient repletion of vitamins and minerals. To my knowledge there is no specific nutrient that has a direct effect on vitiligo.

Not Necessarily: A multivitamin, with adequate vitamin c, e and zinc are shown to be beneficial. But no particular vitamin or mineral is noted to be "required" for the treatment of vitiligo...An autoimmune disease affecting the melanocytes.
