Yes..: An abdominal wall injury and strain of its muscles can mimic symptoms of stomach ulcer. However, ulcer pain is accompanied by other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal bloating, worsening after meals, black stools, among others. Muscle pain usually persists all day and worsens with certain movements. Get evaluated with dr. in order to get formal exam and final diagnosis.
