Bechets: This is an autoiflamatory disease with no known ca;use but has been associated with a vasculitis an possibly inflammatory bowel disease. your symptoms are to general to establish this diagnosis but biopsies may be helpful. there is no specfific treatment other than symptomatic. There isn't enough information to establish that diagnoses
