Thyroid hormone RX: Best to get your hypothyroidism under control so that it won't contribute to a miscarriage or premature delivery. In case you do become pregnant in the meantime, please start taking prenatal vitamins along with the levothyroxine. No hottubs or hot baths. No smoking, alcohol, or other toxic substances to the fetus. Prenatal vit should have 1 mg of folic acid to prevent neural tube defects and iron.

"thyroid level": What, exactly, is 6.2? Is it your TSH? If so, that is slightly high. You say you have been hypothyroid for 3 yr. Are you taking levothyroxine? If so, you need a slightly higher dose. If not, then you should see your doctor and get treated. Hypothyroidism during pregnancy is associated with a lot of bad outcomes, so get this treated before you become pregnant.
