Closed head injury: Since you have become symptomatic from the fall, which sounds like it was significant, I would recommend you be seen and evaluated with a head CT (cat scan).

Neuro/CT: Need a good neurological exam and perhaps brain imaging. There are slow venous leaks that manifest over months to rule out.
