Head injury: This was a significant head injury and leads to posttraumatic symptoms that you describe. Such symptoms may last days to weeks. Consult your physician if you experience increasing and severe headaches,vomiting,drowsiness,worsening dizziness,and visual disturbance or if your current symptoms show no improvement even though you did not lose consciousness when you fell.

Closed head injury: Since you have become symptomatic from the fall, which sounds like it was significant, I would recommend you be seen and evaluated with a head CT (cat scan).

Neuro/CT: Need a good neurological exam and perhaps brain imaging. There are slow venous leaks that manifest over months to rule out.
