Nothing: Unless you are taking some meds that you don't need -- especially any of these "unregulated holistic / Ayurvedic medicines". Some of them are liver poisons -- the world is full of crooks. We'll repeat your labs off all unnecessary meds, and if you've got a mild liver problem or a kink in your metabolism, we'll figure it out. Best wishes.

Received test result of high total bilirubin at 1.9ml. Is this cause for concern? Doctor did not address it and called with normal results.
Hi, In 2018: ALT 71 , AST: 37 , CHCM: 30.6 and bilirubin: 1.3 in 2019: ALT: 74 the other values are normal in 2020: ALT: 69 the other values normal want to ask if i have to see doctor or not i don't have any symptoms it's just the annual check
