I have high total bilirubin (1.68 mg/dl) & direct bilirubin (0.44 mg/dl) and will see doctor. but what can i do myself to bring it back to normal?

Nothing: Unless you are taking some meds that you don't need -- especially any of these "unregulated holistic / Ayurvedic medicines". Some of them are liver poisons -- the world is full of crooks.
