Call your OB: Almost all of us delivering babies have an answering service. Call your OB or midwife's office number and see if the service picks up or if the message gives you instructions. It sounds like you are having early labor, but your OB may want you evaluated as most will deliver you if you get to be 5cm or more at 39 weeks.
